With over 15+ years ballroom dance experience, Lydia’s journey began at Illinois Franchised Dance Studios, where she discovered her love for dance and grew into a professional ballroom instructor. Her training includes working with top coaches across Illinois and earning numerous first-place titles in American Rhythm and American Smooth with her partner.

Lydia specializes in creating meaningful and unforgettable dance experiences. With a special passion for teaching children, Lydia is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of ballroom dancers, sharing her love for the art with kids of all ages.

Lydia holds an undergraduate degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Commercial Music Performance. When she’s not on the dance floor, you’ll find her in her recording studio!
